The most critical aspect of affiliate marketing is promotion. Or in other words, advertising. Many affiliate marketers fail in this aspect because they lack the initiative to work hard to get the 'right type' of qualified visitors to see their offers and take action.

The majority of others starting out trying to make money online, start with affiliate marketing. I did and it's how I made my first money online. Whether it's with
bum marketing style article marketing or email ezine ads or paid to click or whatever, you have to admit it's pretty smooth sailing to promote other marketers products and get paid for it.
But there's s a problem with this type of affiliate marketing.That problem is, you're making someone else rich. Sure youre getting money coming in and all sems fine.
